Automation - Assign issue to custom person field when status changes

Hello, I'd like an issue to be assigned to the person tagged in a custom person field when the issue reaches a certain status. 

  • I have a custom person field for "Business Team Contact" 
  • When an issue goes from "Modeling" to "Post-Model Business Review" I want to assign the person tagged as the business team contact

When I do the drop-down for assignee as seen above, there is no option to select the custom person field. When I press the three dots next to assignee field and select "copy from current issue," I also can't find what I'm looking for.
