After importing a backup media files are not shown, it writes Preview unavailable

Hello, I made a backup in one cloud instance and imported it to another one, but I struggle with the behavior when there's no preview of media files in the issues, however they are attached. I followed the tips to divide the backup into two parts - xmls and attachements, and the backup wasn't so big, just about 5 GB.

I saw another tickets like this where people discuss the same issue but I am not sure if this is my case, maybe there's something special to do with the import?

it seems that you are experiencing a know bug (https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CLOUD-11571). Please apply suggested workaround and vote and watch that bug in order to keep you up to date about progress.
