After create user on Gsuite, user not getting sync in JIRA.

After create user on Gsuite, user not getting sync in JIRA. user not become the part of "All users from G Suite".
Also After create user on Gsuite, user display name getting change.
Example : John Carter become - john.carter
Please help me with this issue
