Adding a permissions scheme with paid subscription

From what I see, it looks like I can only add a new permissions scheme through Crucible?  Is Crucible another paid subscription?  Not sure if I missed something - thanks!

Hi Annette,

Can you share the error you are getting? You should be able to go to Project Settings > Permissions and then click on the Actions button in the top right and select Use a different scheme.

There you can link it to a new permission scheme - but that scheme must already exist.

I’m not sure where you’re finding that Crucible is required. Here’s an article about how do you permission schemes in Jira -how-do-jira-permissions-work
