Listener not working
Hello,
I have a listener that is not working.
As event ID, that the listener listens to, I have set "Issue Commented". It is triggered by comments that are added by emails that are handled by JEMH mail handler and then added as comments to the issue.
The listener should then trigger a workflow action that transitions the issue from a closed (green) status to an open status.
How can I face the problem, how can I get the reason that it does not work and then fix it? Any possibilite to debug or log this?
