How to progress in JRJC-194?

Hi team,

We are using the jira-rest-java-client to internally manage our tickets. We need to know the status that a transition moves the JIRA. As JRJC-194 states that information is returned by the endpoint but not parsed by the java implementation (the to field is ignored). The ticket is very old (March 2015) and very easy to fix. I have been added the to field in this commit.

What should we do to incorporate that functionality? How do we move that JIRA forward?
