How to per-populate values of some custom fields from epic to story?

How to per-populate values of some custom fields from epic to story?

I have same custom fields both in Epic Create screen and Task Create screen so i would like to copy most of the field values that are present in the Epic to the Task level instead of providing the same values at the Task level.Can this be achieved with out using any add-on with out of the box implementation?
