How to Strip the Old Comment Data from Incoming Email When Using Outlook
Hi Team,
I am using email notification in JIRA when any issue is created/commented, an automated mail will be triggered to required recipients.
When any recipient replies to the same notification mail, those replies will be added as comments in JIRA.
Here I am sending comment section along with email notification, so that recipient will be knowing what was commented by other recipients too.
But I am getting a weird response in email notification that all the comment section data is displaying repeatedly.
For example
Mail 1 - Comments: Test 1
Mail 2- Comments: Test2 test1 Test1
Mail 3 - Comments Test3 Test2 test1 Test1 Test2 test1 Test1 Test1
Mail 4 - Comments: Test4 Test3 Test2 test1 Test1 Test2 test1 Test1 Test1
Can you please suggest, if i can trim comments only for previous 3 comments
