Hi folks

So, as a good Product owner, the roadmaps I create should contain an approximate visualisation of complexity - the amount of people, the amount of $$$, the complexity of integration - in the same approach to poker scale.

I can create any number of roadmaps by quarter in a tool like Powerpoint and easily place an indicator of, for example, $$$ to show an epic will cost more than one labelled $.

The critical thing is not forcing people to drill into the epic to see this detail, but representing it on the roadmap screen.

How do other product owners here represent this complexity? remember, this is for general management folk to get an 'at a glance' feel for how much work there is ahead.
