how to grant access to supplier only to specific issue in a project

I have multiple supplier and project configured. but, how to configure the supplier to be added only to their specific issue in same project.

Example: in Project A. there will be supplier 1, 2 and 3. So, supplier 1 only can modify to issue that assign to supplier 1 in Project A. Then, supplier 2 and 3 cannot access the issue that assign to supplier 1 in same Project A. but our Engineer team can acces to all issue under Project A regardless if it assign to supplier 1 or 2 or 3

note: in Supplier 1 have multiple users, in Engineer team also had multiple users

how to configure this?

Hi @MUHAMMAD MUZAKKIR BIN ABDUL MALEK

You can configure Issue Security to control who can view/edit specific issue in your project. You can then set security level to a user, group or project role to manage the view/edit permissions as per your requirements. Please refer - Configuring issue-level security for detailed steps.

@MUHAMMAD MUZAKKIR BIN ABDUL MALEK -

I agreed with @Kishan Sharma stated using issue security configuration scheme setup for your project in question.  Important Note - your suppliers must be assigned with Agent licenses on your site and be able to to access the project.  By default, if an issue assignee is someone who will be handling/processing the issues.

Hope this also helps.

Best, Joseph Chung Yin
