Hi @Khyati Sharma welcome to the community.  After doing a little digging in JSM and a little searching in Atlassian's Jira Site and found JSDCLOUD-13277 and JSDCLOUD-12782 .  I would say at the moment, the functionality to import Canned Responses doesn't exist yet.  I also took a look at the JSM API and didn't see anything there either.

I would recommend voting for and watching those for future updates.

I gave them a vote myself.
