When is it possible to perform a data residency move again

"We're temporarily not accepting new data residency move requests. Learn more in our support documentation"

 

What does temporarily means? We need to move soon. Are there any news about this?

I also need to make sure my data residency is within Europe. I can't find any info on when this will be resolved.

Hi,

we also need to move our data. It is a requirement to migrate to Atlassian cloud. We are not able to go live before it is not sure, that our data residency is set to germany.
