We had outgoing emails set up to go through a custom domain. Everything worked fine until we got a notice last month from JIRA saying that we needed to add some DNS routing texts to make everything DMARC compliant.
We did that, and the DNS has been verified by JIRA. We have the correct domain set for the Sender Email Address. And yet, outgoing emails are still being delivered from atlassian.net. What am I missing?
