Hello
I have a project with two request type
The First Request Type is created by the end user
The Second Request Type is created by the automation when the first request is done
I need The First Request status update based on The Second Request status
The PO- Waiting Budget Approval is for the second Request status
and the PO Under Budget Approval for the First Request status
Any help would be appreciated, thank you!
Hi Nada,
Is your rule not working? If not, what does the Audit Log have for when the second request transitions to the PO- Waiting Budget Approval? Is there an error message? Does the rule even fire?

Thanks - check the transition to see if there is a Condition or Validator on the transition in that workflow.

Ah, so there is an Approval required on that transition. You will not be able to auto transition to that status if there is an Approval required there.

I need the auto transition in other workflow that change based on the status on the other workflow that required approval

You will not be able to auto transition an issue if there is a pending approval for that status. You could possibly do an auto Approval instead of an auto Transition.
