Trouble scheduling reports to an e-mail address

Miguel Neto March 9, 2022

Hi there,

I’m kind of new here and I’ve already watched almost all free and initial training of JSM.

After some researching, I came across some issues and I couldn’t find any article/post of what I need to do for them to work.

SCENARIO:

We’re an internal IT team and right now we’re developing ITSM concepts, strategies, and documenting processes.

Our initial goal is to measure our progress by setting some indicators and then scheduling them to send weekly reports to an e-mail address.

Requisites:

Send two weekly reports to an e-mail account.

First report: “% SLA Met/Breached within last 7 days”.

Second report: “Satisfaction (group by Organizations) within last 7 days”.

I tried Jira Automation to send notification e-mails to each ticket with SLA breached (or about to breach) and it worked (Used the video below), and I also configured a signature to a filter grouping incidents/services request to send them to me weekly and it worked too.

The feature I really couldn’t find is to send reports to an e-mail address.

Can anyone please help me?

I will appreciate any help or suggestions.

Cheers, :)
