Setting up viewing of all requests

Good afternoon We launched a portal for managing customer requests, and we want customers to see requests from other users. How to do it?

Now it just shows the error “We couldn’t find any requests”

@Артём Иванов , I think you might make use of the Jira concept called "Organisations". An organisation is a group of customers that you can manage together. You might also want to automate the ticket sharing? Create an automation rule then as shown here.  

In the above linked posts, I found that in the Jira community: "it's possible to allow customers to share tickets with other customers...". I think this is what you are looking for, right? 

If after you have followed through these, you’re still seeing the error “We couldn’t find any requests”, it could be because there are no requests that the customer has permission to view. Make sure the customer is part of an organisation and that there are requests shared with that organisation.
