Hi Community,

Welcome to the third JSM June challenge! A successful service management solution can’t work unless you have a solid team. In the spirit of one of Atlassian’s core value, Play as a Team, give a current or former teammate a shoutout on LinkedIn or in the comments below who you appreciate and has been instrumental in helping you build a successful service management solution. All responses will earn the limited edition JSM Unsung Hero badge. 😆

If you post on LinkedIn, don’t forget to tag #JSMJune and mention Atlassian! Share a link to your post in the comments section of this page.

Thanks for the reminder to do this! It's not often we think about giving a public shoutout to one of the members of our team!

@James Gambrill helped me in onboarding our HR Support team to JSM by acting as an intermediary between the business and me (the engineer). He also communicated the technical constraints to the team and suggested options to guide them to a better implementation experience.
