Sending alerts to VictorOps when Jira ticket is updated

Hi,

Is there a way to trigger alerts in VictorOps (Splunk On-Call) when the Jira ticket is updated like changing the Priority value?

We already have the integration setup between Jira and VictorOps and we are getting the alerts (through webhooks in Jira) whenever the incident is created and when the status is 'Open' or 'To Do'.

In the webhook, we have setup the JQL query and events for issue created and issue updated.

But, though we are getting the alerts when the ticket was created and when the ticket was updated (as long as the ticket was in initial status like 'Open' or 'To Do'), we are not getting the alerts if the status was changed from 'Open'/ 'To Do' and the ticket was updated.

Is there any workaround where we can trigger the alerts when the ticket was updated even if the ticket was not in initial status as long as the ticket was not resolved?
