This is a question about the new/upcoming Operations integration of JSM and OpsGenie.
- In the AMA, it was showing that some new automation capabilities were coming to allow Alerts to be Created, Updated, and Closed. Some of that seems be starting to appear in the documentation already(https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/jira-automation-actions/#Change-alert-status) , but wondering if there be ways to create and alert, add notes, and other options
- While in a Incident issue, is there a way to determine that the linked Alerts are to the issue? I don't remember seeing it in the Json (when look at issue fields) but I may have missed it
- Will there be extensions to JQL to be able to search for issues that have related alerts?
