Iam using request participants filed but when I set this filed with users in the request creation it work normally but in any other status the filed is configured with the users, but users can't find the requests in customer portal

If I understand it correctly, you have some issues which are not visible in the portal for the request participants. This can be the case when the 'request type' field itself is not set. So could you verify this?
@Rudy Holtkamp thanks alot for your rely it is the case this request is imported from Excel so the request type is not configured correctly
once i set it correctly it work fine
