Good afternoon All!
A user from the company that is starting to work with Jira Service Management have this problem.
The jira Admin created a field named "Product", this field is a single list field and has his context a values defined properly.
It is also included in the field configuration screen for the project he is working on.
This field is also inclued in the project screen and in a transitions screen.
But, when he tries to add a requried field validator in the transition where this screen is added, this field is not shown.
I tried to check with all aboved and everything look okay. Anyway I attached some screenshots to show you so maybe you can help us.
The image below is from the transition screen.
The image below is from the field configuration it is inclued not only in the transition screen that is highligthed but also in the thrid screen from top that is the default scren in the project,
and the last screen that the user provided is the onw from the context configuration of the field
thanks in advance
Ro
@Rosana Casillithe last screen shows that Product is available only for project Lumina Support and for one issuetype. In this case the transition has to be one for the workflow that corresponds to that issuetype in project Lumina Support, otherwise it won't be shown in the transition screen.
I need to check with the user. But as far as I know, the issue type is associated to the workflow. But let me check with him.

Hola Adolfo!!! el flujo de trabajo está asociado al tipo de problema y la pantalla de transición está asociada a esa pantalla de flujo de trabajo
