Limit of article suggestions in the customer portal

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

Hello, we have the knowledge space linked to the JSM project, therefore when someone raises a request, he/she is prompted with the article suggestions based on labels. I noticed that there is a maximum of 3 articles that are suggested, can we increase the number? Is this a default option or something we can change from settings? Thank you!

Hi Christina, 

Welcome to the Atlassian community. 

There is a limit of 3 in cloud and 5 in DC. 

In the following request you can see that the search in the Help Centre is now 30 but still 3 on the request: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-4263
