Hello, I would like to customize my jira service desk to look something like CharlieTravelSyndey (with a search box and groups showing on the same page as the request types)
The current model I'm using shows the groups only and moves to a new page to show associated request types (I don't want that design).
We are working in implementing Jira Service Desk and it seems to used by a lot in this sub. Please share what works and hasn’t worked for you. We currently don’t have a ticket system so this is being built from the ground up.
