Insight Discovery and Agent Installation for Jira Cloud

I was trying to get the Insight Discovery and agent installed, I couldn't find anywhere clear steps on how to get the Insight Discovery and Agent working with Jira Cloud.

Please advise.

Hello @Cenil Roy ,

I think your problem comes from the Product Plan you are currently on; it says you're using the Standard plan but unfortunately Insight Discovery for Cloud is only available for the Premium version of Jira Service Management.

When you have the Premium plan, it has to be downloaded from the Atlassian Marketplace like any other app.
