How to create a notification to parent issue when linked issue is done?
How can we create an automation that notifies the assignee of the primary issue when a linked issue is done? This is for us to avoid missed cases.
For example, our company has different teams working on a ticket and we often raise tickets for them to work on a solution.
We want the assignee of the parent ticket to be notified once the linked ticket status is set to done/closed. Can anyone know how to make this using JIRA automation?
