How to change the default email account to custom email account

how to change sender from jira@xxx.atlassian.net to our custom email account (i.e. support@company.com.au)

So that the customer see support@company.com.au instead of default JIRA email.

Follow this and let me know if that worked. Go to project settings and then:

change sender email.png

Hi Alex,

I got this error when try to edit the notification email.

"Domain claim failed for this domain. DKIM validation failed for this domain?

 

FYI. I have included in the Email Request (customer email account).

Am I done something wrong?
