When it comes to updating the resolution date, there are no functions that would do that. 

There is a feature request suggesting to add this option on the “bulk edit” issues:

• Add the Option to Change the Resolution Date in Bulk Edit

However, you can try the workaround mentioned on the thread below by doing a CSV import:

• Is there a way to change the "Resolution Date" in Jira?

This is not possible. It will be the last time the resolution field is set.
