Which options do I select in the Atlassian Support portal in order to ask questions about the integration for MS Teams?
It doesn't seem like it falls into any of the categories, but maybe I'm just missing it...

Are you using a marketplace app to support the integration? If so, then in Atlassian Support's case submission you could start by selecting Technical issues and bugs and then select Marketplace Apps.
