How can I build a list of Jira projects in Assets?

In order to better manage requests related to Jira projects I would like to create a list of projects in Asset Management. Use cases could be to let the customer choose a project his request relates to or also easily involve project lead in the request.

I think of an object (the project) and attributes (e.g. Project Lead, Project type...).

I guess it could be possible to fetch projects and attributes via API and write them in assets via an automation.

Any ideas, suggestions, screenshots or snippets would be nice. Maybe there are even better ways?

HI @Cedric Weber ,

You may want to use project picker field instead to allow user to pick their project that want support on.

https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/custom-fields-types-in-company-managed-projects/

For the project lead, user could just use built in share with user option to share with project leads and anyone else that needs to be involved in the ticket.
