Hello,
I would like to use my custom field "Template Description" on the request form when I create an issue, but I don't want to show it when I view the issue (because I use an automation to replace my description (system) with my template description).
Currently, when I create a new ticket, I have two descriptions: my Template Description and my Description (a copy of what I wrote in my template).
Jira says that all fields from the request form are displayed. Do you have any idea how I can resolve this?

If it is custom field, you can remove that field from Issue View / Issue Edit screens. That should do the magic. Hope that helps !
