Embed Widget Automatically Open?

Is there a way to have the support widget automatically open and display the form when the page loads (rather than just have the button and the user has to click on it in order to see the form)?

Welcome to the community!

The Widget doesn’t have many options to configure. There are some workarounds, for example, to change its position. You can find the details on the threads below:

There are some feature requests suggesting improvements for the widget:

• Widget icon customisation
• Allow to embed the widget into a fixed location in the site instead of appearing as a pop-up
