Hi!
I have two different request types with the same issue type.
I want screen 1 to appear when I close one type of request, and screen 2 to appear when I close the other type.
Moreover, I would like to know if I can select some fields as mandatory.
This can be achieved by using a specific workflow per issue type. This can even be identical to others, but it needs to a separate flow to use it's own transition screens on a transition.
@Marc - Devoteam Then the only way is:
I have to create a new issue type, a new workflow and assign it the screen 2, right?
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
New issue type is for you to decide, you can also make a different workflows for the current issue types you are using
Within the new workflow, on the transition use the screen that is required on that transition.
But yes based on your requirement, make a new issue type, workflow (copy the one using) and change the screen to the required screen on the transition.

Hello @Alicia Martínez García ,
If you are using same workflow for different issue types, there is no possibility that you could have different screen configurations. This is because your request types are linked to 1:1 workflows.
Hope this helps or someone else has any solutions incase.
