Hello team,
I would like to know how to create an automatic message when a ticket is created. Meaning that as soon as the ticket is created and assigned, an automatic message is sent on the "reply to the customer" sections tagging (@) the reporter.
This way, when a reporter creates a ticket, it automatically replies that the ticket is being taken care of.

You may have to configure an automation rule like this.
This one is for Issue created event.
Similarly you can configure for "Issue Assigned" Trigger to.

I have looked through those articles before, but I am still unable to find a way how to create a rule to answer the ticket within the ticket (NOT BY EMAIL) automatically.
