While i have administrator rights on the project i can't add a customer to an existing organisation. why?

Unsure. Is this a particular customer or any customer? Can any of your agents add said customer to the Organization?

thx for you're quick respond. It's any customer and in the configuration of the project you can add people to the project with different roles. The one we have add was with administrator rights
