Calculation failure SLA

Hi Atlassian. I changed the sla, namely I clicked on edit and unchecked the start sla (when assigned) and left it only in progress. My task count started and stopped in one place maybe someone can help. Maybe I need to delete the sla and recreate it, but I don't know if it's right to do that, so far it shows that it's counting.

Hi @Petru Negrusa ,

Actually, only the SLAs of open tickets will be recalculated when changing the SLA goals. Closed tickets will keep the same SLA goals, as mentioned in the documentation below:

https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicedeskserver/setting-up-slas-939926373.html

Please accept the answer if it solve your purpose else let me know if your question doesn't clarify, I can explain further. Thanks!

Regards

RK

thanks for the answer but it doesn't help.
I saw here that it downloads in data monitoring and what it writes in the logs:

ForkJoinPool-4-worker-2 ERROR [c.a.s.i.sla.metric.MetricStateHistoryExtractorImpl] Exception encountered trying to update the last processed timestamp for the issue key: SAE-13364

so many mistakes with different: issue key

I think maybe the sla is corupte, can someone help?
