Automation Rule to Run when Budget/Quota of Work Log is Completed

Hi All

I need to create an Alert which should Run when the budget or quota of Work Log is about to be reached a specific limit i.e. 80 hours.

When the Work Log is completed or about to?

The reason if the question is that when is completed has easier configuration while about to requires further work on the automation.

If it refers to the first option, something like the below screenshot should work. To the second, adjust the hours as necessary.

I have applied this rule with little modification.

The scenario is, we have 80 Hours of Work Log Budget, so we need an alert when it is reached to that limit.

Now I have set the Work Log Limit to 70 instead of 80 & Jira should send emails to respective authorities. So that appropriate measures can be taken.
