Hi all,
I set up my notification e-mail in service management to include approval buttons. Now, when I clilck the buttons in the e-mail I get the following error:
The actual url:
https://jira.mycompany.com/servicedesk/customer/user/approval-action/ABC-123/353/approve
The channel in this case was Jira, meaning the issue has been created as a regular issue in jira, not on the portal.
If I try the same with a portal created request, it works fine.
Is there a configuration I'm missing?
We're running JIRA 8.13.10 and Service management 4.13.10

After extensive search, I found this:
If the "Customer request type" field is filled with the appropriate type, then approvals via e-mail works.
Don't know if there's an other way, this solved the issue for me now.
