Can anyone shed some light on this?
We use Jira Service Management Data Center on-premise.
Since Yesterday, one of our service desk Agents cannot see the Assets-option in his Toolbar, usually it's available here:
Our other agents can see the toolbar without any problem.
Any hints would be greatly appreciated.

The Agent had been reassigned to a different AD group, but the group had not been assigned to the Object Scheme Manager role in the config settings.
