🤘🏽It’s JSM June!


Hello Community!

This June we’re going in on all things Jira Service Management. Throughout the month we’ll provide Community members with a ton of fun chances to learn more about JSM and to share their experience with the product in creative ways.

To add to the excitement, we’re launching a JSM June Badge that you can earn by taking part in one of our weekly challenges (we’ll update this post every week with the new prompt).

When there be more options to define SLA?  - for example still long open ticket to add to start/pause/stop one more action for reset SLA counter. Also for events there should be at least a webhooks method so you will be able trigger SLA from automation jobs.


Where will be option to backup and recover only one project and not whole instance?

Where will be ready full REST-API to setup a new project and customise from programing language/ script? How to create 100+ projects where every one requred manual customization?
