I am trying to evaluate BigGantt and Gantt chart for jira.  BigGantt kept uninstalling itself and Gantt chart had errors downloading.

We are using the cloud service.

Any Advice ?

From our side it looks like the add-on was successfully enabled on your instance on the 24th of September.

Is this correct or you still have issues trying to install the add-on?
