Using Chrome or Safari as the default browser and MacOS Monterey 12.0.1 with an M1 Macbook Air.
During log in, I get a pop up that says, "Jira wants to use Atlassian.com to log in" and then all I see is a spinning window in the Jira desktop app. Nothing on Chrome or Safari.
Any help would be appreciated!
Hi @Vincent Pham - I think this thread should help you out https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Core-Server-questions/Jira-Mac-app-stuck-on-the-login-screen/qaq-p/1502087#M58355
It is a bug in the OS, best to set Safari as your browser and then relaunch both Safari and the Jira Mac App!
Cheers
Jack
