Dear Experts,
I'm studying a CAPA system requirements. Suggestion is to use JSD where workflow needs to follow 8D (https://asq.org/quality-resources/eight-disciplines-8d) and 4M1D industry methods.
Wondering if you guys have built any similar system in past? Is there any template or guideline available? Please share your ideas or thoughts.
Thank you
Hello @Muhammad Fahad , we have built something similar on Confluence if you are interested. It does not follow the exact 8D method, but it can be adapted to the purpose.
Regards
Matteo
Hi @Matteo Gubellini [SoftComply] , Great to know. If possible, can you please share a bit more details on how you guys achieved this using Confluence?
Thank you

Hi @Muhammad Fahad , we have created a workflow with electronic signatures using Comala Document Management for Server. There is a similar version on cloud too. The downside is that you cannot link the completion of fields with transitions, but you have electronic signatures which I don't think are available on Jira.
