We are running JIRA 608 and would like to upgrade to the latest version....it has been a while, can you tell me where to down load the latest JIRA installation exe from please?

You'll want to have a read of https://confluence.atlassian.com/migration/jira-7 too - there's quite a lot of changes in 7 you'll need to think about.
