making dashboard visible to all users

how do i allow everyone to see new dashboard

Community moderators have prevented the ability to post new answers.

Click on Tool > Share Dashboard:

Then click on Add and Update:

If you pick Everyone this will allow all people with JIRA access to see that dashboard.
