This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Managing versions

How do I merge multiple projects into a single project. I have the individual sub projects broken out and I just want them to be in a single project

JIRA doesn't have "sub-projects" so you'll need to explain what that means for your data.

The easy answer though - to merge projects, choose one you want to keep and use bulk-edit to move all the issues from the other project(s) into it, then kill the empty projects.
