how to generate a .csv of custom fields?

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

I want to dump all of our custom fields into a spreadsheet so we can look through them and get rid of everything that is non-critical.  We have a major case of field-itis: http://blogs.atlassian.com/2013/12/8-steps-to-jira-field-greatness/

getCustomFieldList from JIRA Command Line Interface (CLI) will list all your custom fields and related information in CSV format.
