dvcs accounts link missing

I am trying to connect my JIRA server instance (not cloud) to my Bitbucket cloud instance.  Everything I am reading and all the demos I see tell me to click "DVCS Accounts" under Integrations on the Application tab of my JIRA server administrator.  Well, it ain't there!  I see it in the tutorials and doc, just NOT on my server.

What did I do wrong?

I was able to get by this issue.  The problem was a leftover JAR from a much earlier release (4.x).  @Georgi Rusev was instrumental in solving this as his response made me think that I should simply delete the old JAR and copy the new one from the other location.

You need to have "JIRA Software" license to view development information inside JIRA. Have you installed JIRA Software or is it JIRA Core?

Software is installed.  I probably got this tagged incorrectly somehow.  My bad!
