can't set up jira

Hi. I have a Confluence Cloud account.  I'm trying to set up a new JIRA account but it won't let me.  i link to JIRA through my existing Atlassian account and it asks me to fill out the registration form.  when i do, it tells me that the domain name that i want is already taken (which of course it is because i already have an Atlassian account).  How to set up a new JIRA account????
