bulk csv import

Is it just me or the option Issues > Import Issues from CSV to open the Bulk Create Setup page, disappeared from the Issues menu? Anyone else having this issue?

Looked around all the settings and don't see anything that was changed that caused this to vanish.

Any help will be appreciated.

do you know how i can add to the menu options? as far as i know, on the cloud version, there is no option to edit the menus.


You are right, there's no way for doing so ourselves.

However, you may raise a suggestion to include the option again here:


By the way, note that you can also easily access the CSV importer this way:

  1. enter JIRA
  2. press the dot sign '.'
  3. type 'import'
  4. click on the suggested 'External System Import'

Oh, great! Then you just have to vote for it and, optionally start watching the bug.
