bitbucket commits and branches not showing in jira

Markus Wuersch July 4, 2016

Bitbucket Server (v4.6.1) is successfully linking to JIRA (v7.1.1) issues (it picks up on any issue key that is found in commits). But JIRA is not showing any existing branches nor commits even though they clearly contain an issue key.

What am I missing?

Thanks, yes, that was the problem (embarrassingly). I thought we had it already configured but I guess not... all working now.

Wait, I'm really sorry. What worked? Same issue with me.

Does the JIRA user has permission in Bitbucket? If not, any errors in logs?

Hey I have the same problem. The error I get is "error indexing commits". Any suggestions?
